Rathdown Park Residents Association was formed in 1974. We believe we are the longest continuously established residents association in Greystones. Rathdown Park in Greystones was built in the early 1970s. It has an enviable reputation as a superb place in which to live. Its wide entrance road is flanked on either side by two green spaces. These give a stunning view overlooking Greystones Harbour Marina and the Irish Sea. There are two further greens in Rathdown Park: a Main Green and a smaller Horseshoe Green.
All the green areas give ample opportunity for children to play and people to relax. Rathdown Park is a beautifully laid out estate. Rathdown Park has a mix of 170 four bed roomed detached and semi detached houses. These are comfortable family homes. They have excellent accommodation and an opportunity to enlarge or adapt. Schools and buses are on the doorstep, including the Air Coach to Dublin Airport. Greystones Harbour Marina, churches, trains and shops are within walking distance. Children, who were reared in Rathdown Park, have come back here to live and raise their own families.
A wonderful local environment, located in a wonderful town.
