Our Annual Sub Collection for our Maintenance Fee takes place each spring.
RPRA has a high rate of participation which is important to maintaining our grounds.
The Maintenance Fee covers the cost of grass cutting, shredder, tree planting and painting.
While there is no fixed discount on the fee, discretionary concession can be allowed.
